I feel bad for Baby X...

...However, this is not an isolated incident, nor is it restricted to Black people...The long and the short of it is that immigration in the USA should come to a halt...And the illegal immigrants already here should be rounded up, in a non-violent way, and shipped back to their own countries...
There are far too many people and animals that are starving and homeless from our own country...And the food stores throw out millions of dollars of good food and products when in fact they can be put to better use !!!
Many Americans have no health care, yet we support a war that was thrust upon us by using trickery...And we stand by idly while people from other countries come over here and drain OUR resources...Enough is enough...
I DO NOT believe in abortion, but anyone who continues to multiply only to be rewarded by getting more money and food stamps should be automatically removed from the system, or being given a mandatory Tubal Ligation or Vasectomy...
